Mark Timms is spamming again. Not satisfied with spamming Digg repeatedly, now he’s spamming AdRants.

Timms is one of the three guys who put together the “first” consumer-generated Super Bowl ad effort some months ago. He explained that his partners weren’t behaving like professionals, so he’s doing it all by his lonesome this time around.

So I posted on there and emailed AdRants, clarifying what Timms is really up to. He also spammed their comments section with multiple entries thanking them for the article.
And he retaliated with this entry which he then posted three times:
For the record, Ghostwise knew unlike this lady that it was a complete independent project totally dependent on it happening! I met him and his mom at 777 youtube and they all knew before they entered the contest! Anyone with a brain to look at the site could of figured that out! And also, I did not add the multiple thank you replies on purpose. I beieve one of you guys did that. You can enter anyone’s username. I wouldnt do that as I know that would be stupid #1 and I know it wouldnt help in any way. Plus, I dont think like you guys do about rankings, hits, etc…. Get the feeling he’s getting a tad anxious? I’m honestly not sure what the Star Trek references are for, VoteForTheWorst is an American Idol site. Anyway, after that entry, he wrote this on Digg:

In a nutshell, Timms lays the boot into his former business partners once again (after first saying they’re great, just like he did on MySpace to me and on VoteForTheWorst) and also blames them completely. In his mind, he is never at fault. For the contest he knew ALL about, which ran from May until the end of August last year - one would think that was ample time to stop it. How do I know he knew about it? He told me:
Seeing as Evan White - at the time of the contest - was a full partner in MyBowlAd, any principal is liable for the actions of a company representative. Mark knew about the contest. He did nothing about it. He actually ignored it and hoped that would just make it magically go away.
There was NEVER any mention of the commercial being delayed another year or two or ten or more, on MyBowlAd. com, where you would imagine such a term & condition would be spelt out for potential investors to see.
Justin Shattuck is the gentleman behind SummerRideShare.com, another Evan White project. Mark Timms didn’t have issues with scamming a lift from Justin back in July 2007:
But along the way, one of his rules is he is accepting dares. And as of today, his current dare is from Mark Timms, of South Carolina, who is riding along with Justin as they attempt to drive through all 48 lower states in only seven days. They’ve also picked up Chris Thompson from YouTube fame and the three are attempting to be in New York for the YouTube gathering on Saturday (7-7-07).
Which is what I think Timms is referring to when he talks about YouTube 777.
Chris Thompson is listed as a participant in the commercial that will never be. I emailed him some time ago asking him to drop by here, as he had a reference to MyBowlAd on his MySpace.
His response:
So even another participant thinks Timms scammed us.
Chris has live chat going on his MySpace, to chat to his group of ‘fans’ and told me Mark emailed him today. Also that I should “Chill out”. As I pointed out to him back in October, why should I just accept being scammed? If everyone did that, the world would be in an even bigger mess than it is. I investigate fraudulent and illegal activity for a living, do you really think I’d just let Timms get away with continuing this? Hardly. I told Chris at the time, if he liked being ripped off, good for him. I don’t.
Interesting accusation about Justin Shattuck and Evan White there, Mark. Care to elaborate? Or should I just ask Justin if he wants to comment on your accusations? I think I should.
ETA - Timms is getting more erratic. Not only did he post on AdRants as myself (perhaps somehow, in the middle of the night, I managed to sleepwalk to my PC and post two minutes after him, and linked myself to HIS site):
